Customers can use PayPal to pay the purchase of goods amount, and accept the global credit card payments, after confirmation by Paypal, Shop's will email confirmation to customers, goods will delivery to clients as soon as possible.

The "Shops" also accept payment by bank transfer.

If use bank transfer for payment, after receipt the order, the "Shop's" will send order confirmation to customer by email or by phone MSM as soon as possible. Also accompanied the bank account information for customer payment.

When done of transfer payment, please email deposit slip copy and order confirmation number to the "Shop's". Or Send MSM message with : transfer and transferring bank (Bank of China or HSBC) and order confirmation number, to +852-6533 2543.

We will once again confirm that you have completed the payment process, and delivery goods as soon as possible.


Limited Warranty


Warranty period:

All products come with 12 month "Limited Warranty", the warranty period for the purchase of three year from the date on the invoice, the warranty period will receive a free repair service (Include parts and labor).

Befroe ship back to Company's for repair, please contact our customer service and requires authorized RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization number)

All ship back to Company's for repair products, must freight prepaid, we will paid one way freight charge ship back to customer.

Exceeds the warranty period, users are required to paid repair service charge, parts fees and return freight charge cost.


Notice to Customers:

Customer must registration at Company's Internet or mail back the warranty card and data are correct fill in within 14 days from the date of invoice / products received. If registration record and the warranty card data have difference, it may not have the free warranty service.

Please properly stored warranty card, when use service, please present your products warranty card, Company's will examine registration record and warranty card information.


Warranty Service:

Please sent the repair products to company's service center or company's designated location.

Customer responsible the products uninstall or re-install, if need extra products uninstall or re-install service, customer are required go to the company's designated special stores, all the fees from the customer's sole responsibility.

if lack of parts, parts of the import / export restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, lead to the repair delay or repairs not carried, the company's, sellers and manufacturers will not be responsible.


Customer Information:

As customers change contact information, please notify the Company's as soon as possible to modify the record, in order to maintain user interest.


Non-warranty items:

The following items are not included in the warranty specifications for customer service to be charged separately:

- Man-made damage.

- Battery / consumable parts / Case / external line and chassis.

- Any other than the Company's technicians obvious or non-obvious modification, alteration or repair.

- Had been wrong or improper or negligent use, or not normal power supply or a natural disaster or accident caused damage to the products.

- Improper installation and affect the normal operation or damage.

Product serial ID such as altered, serial ID or products with warranty card listed or registration information does not match, or the security the stickers damage (if any), warranty card will automatically lapse.
